Loads @fluz/secure-elements via a plain <script src> tag and mounts a real identity input (renderIdentityFieldsForTokenization) against a running frame-host -- a single field for the last four digits of the SSN. Name/date of birth/address are collected on this page directly (non-PCI), never framed. There is no userAddressId shortcut for this element -- unlike card's billing address, Fluz's identity-verification mutation for "use the user's on-file address" takes no SSN/name/DOB, so it would collect the user's digits and never use them. Mints a token and mounts automatically on page load.

Stubbed KYC: this demo's app is meant to be a stub app, so Submit never reaches Fluz's real identity verification. Frame-host returns a canned outcome by the four digits entered: 0000 → DECLINED, 1111 → DUPLICATE, anything else → APPROVED. Token minting, the framed input, and request validation are all real.
